The purpose of putting together dynamic program launches is pretty obvious. First the program does not have a track record of success but may have a unique selling proposition such as a new only local morning newscast or a switch in networks from one station to another. Oftentimes an affiliate in another market may have demonstrated a successful track record and that information can be utilized in a means to project station success for another affiliate.

The possibilities are nearly endless.
